Reception and the member lockers at Argil in Pererenan, with a timber counter and clay-toned wallsRp 250k a day

One day, start to finish.

A pass is deliberately simple. These are the four things people ask before they buy one.

01

When you can arrive and when you have to leave

Monthly members have 24/7 keycard access, while reception is staffed during the day. Arrive while reception is staffed to collect a monitor or keycard. Day passes are only valid during staffed hours.

02

Where to leave the scooter

Scooter parking is by the entrance on Jl. Munduk Kedungu. Parking is free, but space is limited and provided on a first come, first served basis.

03

How to buy one

Book a free tour through Argil's official scheduler, or walk in and ask at reception. You can sit down and work after the tour. All listed prices include tax.

04

The pass comes off your first month

Work a full day on a pass, and if you join any monthly plan within seven days we credit what you paid to your first month. That makes a day pass a way to test whether the quiet floor suits you before choosing a monthly plan.

Day pass questions

Before you buy one.

How much is a day pass, and is that the final price?

Rp 250k for the day. The listed price includes tax, and a tax invoice can be issued if you need one for your company. The pass covers any open hot desk, fibre internet, phone booths, coffee, tea, filtered water and scooter parking.

Do I need to book a day pass ahead of time?

No. Desks are first come, first served. Booking a tour first is only worth it if you would like the walk around before you sit down.

Does a day pass include a meeting room?

No. Room credits come with a monthly plan. On a day pass, rooms are Rp 125k an hour, Rp 450k half day or Rp 850k full day.

What happens to my pass if I decide to join?

It comes off your first month, as long as you join a monthly plan within seven days of the pass. Nothing to claim: tell us and we take it off the first invoice.

When one day becomes a regular base

A day pass is for daytime access to any open hot desk. A monthly plan adds 24/7 keycard access, dedicated high-speed internet and meeting room credits. At Rp 3.5m a month, a dedicated desk stays exactly as you left it instead of being cleared at the end of the day. For teams of 3, 4 or 6, lockable private offices add a door of your own. If you are comparing formats first, the guide to where to work explains the trade-offs.
