Calls go into a soundproofed phone booth, which is free and needs no booking. Conversations and anything social belong in the lounge or a meeting room.
How the rule holds

Yes. Book a free tour or buy a single day pass. If you join within seven days, the day pass is credited to your first month.
What are the opening hours?
Monthly members can enter with a keycard at any hour, while reception is staffed during the day. Day passes are valid during staffed hours, so anyone visiting for one day should arrive while reception is open.
Are meeting rooms included?
Monthly plans include meeting room credits, which are used first when you book through the member app. After those credits, or without a membership, rooms cost IDR 125k per hour, and longer meetings are quoted on request.
Do you have parking?
Scooter parking is by the entrance. Car parking is available on the street outside. Parking is free, but space is limited and provided on a first come, first served basis.
Can I bring a guest?
Guests are welcome by arrangement with reception. Anyone staying to work needs a day pass, which gives them any open hot desk during staffed hours. A private office also includes guests by arrangement, while teams needing a separate conversation can book a meeting room.
Can members get in at night?
Yes. Monthly members have 24/7 keycard access, so an early start, late call or different time zone does not depend on reception being open. Reception is staffed during the day; the around-the-clock access belongs to monthly members rather than day-pass visitors.
How fast is the internet, and what happens if it drops?
High-speed Internet is available for work and calls, with three ISPs pulled into the building. Monthly subscribers are guaranteed 50/20 Mbps, and dedicated high-speed Internet is included with every plan.

Yes. Buy a day pass at IDR 250k on arrival and sit at any open hot desk; nothing needs booking in advance, as desks are first come, first served. If you join a monthly plan within seven days, the pass comes off your first month.
