How a booking works.
Members book from the member app, walk up and close the door. Without a membership, tell us the day and the headcount and we will hold the room; there is nothing to join first.

There are two ways to pay for a room, and monthly members often use both in the same month.
Credits that come with a monthly plan
Every monthly membership, from a Flex plan up to a private office, includes monthly meeting room credits. Credits are the first thing a room booking draws on, so a short internal meeting usually costs a member nothing at all.
Hours paid at the listed rate
Once the credits for the month are used, and for anyone booking without a membership, a room is Rp 125k an hour, Rp 450k for half a day or Rp 850k for a full day. Listed prices include tax, so the figure you are quoted is the figure you pay.
What happens to credits you do not use
Booking without joining
A room can be booked by anyone, including teams who work elsewhere in Canggu and only need a door for an afternoon. Tell reception the date, the length of the booking and the headcount, and the room is held for you.

Can I book a room without a membership?
Yes. A meeting room is Rp 125k per hour, Rp 450k for half a day or Rp 850k for a full day, and no membership is required. Tell reception the date, booking length and headcount so the room can be held for you.
How do members book a room?
Members book through the member app. Every monthly plan includes meeting room credits, which are used first when a room is booked. Once those credits are used, the listed rates are Rp 125k per hour, Rp 450k for half a day or Rp 850k for a full day.
Are phone booths bookable meeting rooms?
No. Phone booths are soundproofed spaces for calls, free to use without booking. Meeting rooms are separate and suit conversations that need more room; they can be booked by the hour, half day or full day, with or without a membership.
