We only collect the information we need to run the space and keep in touch with you. That usually includes your name, email address, phone number, company or project name, billing details and membership plan.

If you book a tour, we also keep the date and time you requested and any notes you add. When you pay for a day pass or membership, our payment processor handles card details on our behalf; we do not store your full card number.

Like most websites, our server may collect your IP address, browser type and device information. We also use Google Analytics to measure how this website is used, as described below.

We use your information to:

• Respond to tour bookings, membership enquiries and support requests.
• Run your membership, bill you and keep our accounts in order.
• Send you service messages, such as access changes, holiday hours or billing reminders.
• Send occasional news or events by email, only if you have opted in.
• Improve the website and understand how people find us.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We share information only with the service providers we need to operate Argil: booking software, payment processing, email delivery and accounting tools. Each provider is required to keep your data secure and to use it only for the service they provide to us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. Payment information is handled by PCI-compliant providers. Access to member data is limited to the people who need it to do their job.

No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

We keep your information for as long as you have an active account or an ongoing relationship with us, plus the time needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

This website uses Google Analytics to measure how the site is used, so we can see which pages are helpful and how people find us. It collects broad information: the pages you view, your approximate location, the device and browser you are using, and how you arrived at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.

We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not try to match this information to your name, email address or membership. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or use a browser extension that blocks analytics, and the site will still work normally.

We may update this policy as the law or our services change. The current version will always be published here with the date it was last reviewed.
