Do I need to book a hot desk in advance?
No. Hot desks are first come, first served. If you are arriving with a team of four or more on the same day, tell us when booking a tour so we can point you at a stretch of desk together.
Can I leave a monitor or my gear at a hot desk overnight?
No. Hot desks are cleared at the end of each day, and monitors are borrowed from reception rather than assigned. If you want a screen set up and waiting, a dedicated desk is the plan for that.
Is a hot desk cheaper by the month than by the day?
A day pass is Rp 250k for one staffed day. For one to two weeks, day passes are cheaper. Flex is a month-to-month plan for unlimited hot desking, so it is the option built for a single month.
Can I take calls at a hot desk?
Short ones, quietly. Anything longer belongs in a phone booth, which is soundproofed, ventilated and free to use. That rule is the reason the floor stays at library volume all day.
